Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what's done with your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Family archives
Whoever starts an archive is its owner and chooses who joins and with what role. Curators can change the archive; viewers can see it and edit their own branch. Owners can hand an archive to another member.
What you add
You keep every right to what you add. You give us permission to store, copy and show it to the members of the family, only so we can run Kumbaa. Add only what you have the right to share, and be thoughtful about living people: don't add anything unlawful, or anything to harass someone.
Plans, trials and cancelling
An archive starts with a 14-day free trial; a card is taken at the start and charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Plans renew each month or year until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period paid for. The archive is kept for 30 days after a plan ends, then deleted. Prices may change, with notice by email before your next renewal.
Our part
We work to keep Kumbaa available and your archive safe, with weekly backups. Kumbaa is provided as it is; to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
