Do the people I invite have to pay?
No. Whoever starts the archive chooses the plan, and everyone they invite joins free.
How does the free trial work?
Every archive starts with 14 days free. You add a card when you start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. We email you two days before, and you can cancel any time before then.
Can I start more than one archive?
Each account has one family archive, plus an archive for their side of the family when you link one from your tree. If you need another, write to support@kumbaa.app.
What happens if I cancel?
The archive stays for 30 days after your plan ends, so you can download everything: a backup of the archive, any photo, or whole albums. After that it's deleted.
Is there a free plan?
There's a 14-day free trial of everything. After that the archive needs a Monthly or Yearly plan; the people you invite never pay.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars. Your card provider converts them if your card is in another currency.
