FAQ
Sign in with the email address the family invited. If you were invited at a different address, ask a curator to add the one you use, or write to us.
In Curate → Settings, invite people by email, or put their addresses on the list for the family's general link. Everyone you invite joins free.
Open Curate → Settings → Plan and manage the plan. It stays until the end of the period you've paid for, and the archive stays for 30 days after that so you can download everything.
Yes. The owner can hand the archive to another member in Settings.
Anyone in the tree can correct their own branch; curators can correct everything. Recent changes in Curate shows who changed what.
Start an archive, invite the family, and let each of them fill in the branch they know best.
